Sales Engineer Midden-Nederland

Your Mission We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic professional to join our team as a Sales Engineer. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify customer needs, promote innovative industrial assembly and tightening solutions, and build long-term customer relationships. In addition, the selected candidate will support our current team in expanding market presence and driving sales growth within both the general and motor vehicle industries.

The successful candidate will assume full responsibility for an established customer portfolio following the retirement of a team member. This expansion aims to strengthen our market position, unlock new business opportunities, and further enhance customer satisfaction across diverse market segments.

Your Role

Driving sales growth for industrial assembly and tightening solutions within assigned market segments Identifying, developing, and converting new business opportunities while managing an existing customer portfolio Establishing trusted advisor relationships with customers and key decision-makers Conducting customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical-commercial presentations Working closely with application, service, and project teams to deliver value-adding customer solutions Preparing quotations, sales calculations, forecasts, and presentations in Salesforce and Microsoft 365 Your place of residence must be in the Netherlands Your skills and experience Extensive experience in selling advanced industrial assembly solutions to diverse clients across various sectors Enjoyment in effectively managing and developing key customers and important contacts to foster strong, lasting business relationships Engineering degree, certified engineer, or equivalent qualification Proficiency in sales systems is essential, with a preference for experience using Salesforce as a key platform Demonstrated proficiency and strong skills in using Microsoft 365 applications and tools Excellent communication skills paired with a strong customer and service orientation Solution-oriented and proactive approach combined with profound technical expertise Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in German is an advantage Why it is great to work with us Permanent employment with an attractive compensation package.
