Standard Plants Operations Supervisor

You will lead day-to-day operations, supervising technical, production, maintenance, and other staff to ensure area production and activities are completed efficiently Recruit, select, orient, and train new employees, and oversee the performance of contracted work as required Further, resolve workflow problems and conflicts by analyzing impediments and organizing work to maximize personnel and material resources Ensure employee adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and safety policies while monitoring employee activity, output, and performance Also, identify issues and lead improvement plans for production processes, overtime levels, and training, and address or escalate equipment, product quality, and delivery issues as required Set employee performance expectations, provide guidance and feedback, and support career progression and performance improvement
