Process Engineer Job Description

Photolithography Engineer responsible for sustaining existing GaAs, GaN, InP, and Si processes and developing new processes in Photolithography in the wafer fab located in Lowell, MA.

Specific responsibilities include

• Sustain the photo area to meet all factory indicators; plans and conducts experiments to fully characterize the process throughout the development cycle; drives improvements on quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability/capability, productivity, and safety/ergonomic over variables such as material, method, equipment, environment and operating personnel.
• Successful candidate develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education, statistical knowledge, and problem-solving tools.
