The eCommerce Content Manager leads the planning, creation, and optimization of digital content across PRAVANA and Zotos Professional's consumer and professional customer ecommerce channels and brand website. This role ensures content is on brand, strategically aligned, and optimized to drive awareness, engagement, and conversion retail partner eCommerce platforms, including Amazon and TikTok Shop.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage content strategies and editorial calendars across digital and ecommerce channels Own content planning, creation, publishing, and optimization for brand websites and customer eCommerce platforms Partner with Brand Marketing and Creative teams to support product launches, campaigns, promotions, and education initiatives Manage content production with agencies, creators, photographers, videographers, and freelancers Oversee ecommerce and retailer content, including PDP copy, imagery, and merchandising assets including the management of PIM Ensure content aligns with brand standards, SEO best practices, and consumer insights Monitor content performance and leverage analytics to optimize engagement and conversion Maintain content management processes, digital assets, and governance standards Stay current on digital, social, and beauty trends to identify new opportunities and best practices
