Manager Design

The Design Manager provides operational and people leadership within the Experience Design organization. This role manages the flow of Design work across the portfolio—coordinating intake, assessing priorities and capacity, helping determine the right Design support for each need, removing obstacles, developing talent, and strengthening how Design works with Product and Engineering. This role also carries day-to-day portfolio coordination and requirements-related responsibilities as part of a broadened scope of operational ownership within Design.
