Chief Financial Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a vital member of the Senior Leadership team, overseeing all financial activities for two Berkley Operating Units- Berkley Mid Atlantic and Berkley Fire and Marine. This role is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and directing functions such as accounting, financial reporting, information analysis, expense control, annual statements, and financial planning/forecasting.

The CFO develops and enforces financial and accounting controls to ensure compliance with internal and external standards and plays a key role in strategic business planning to support the financial success of each operating unit.
