Part-Time Production Supervisor

Stryten Energy, with a long history in Lancaster County, operates a growing plastic injection molding facility in West Lampeter Township. We produce plastic components for car batteries and have a stable and growing customer base. Responsible for leading and developing employees, as well as meeting defined Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for Safety, Quality, Production, and Efficiency.

Schedule priority production machines and/or lines and employees accordingly. Assist and work under the direction of the Operations Manager.
