Associate GTM Recruiter

Join Ramp, a fast-growing company in the finance technology sector. As an Associate GTM Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in scaling the Sales Development organization. You will be responsible for full-cycle SDR hiring, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and offer closing. This is a foundational position with real autonomy, where you will work as a team to build the playbook. You will also own pipeline hygiene, schedule and coordinate interviews, run candidate communication, keep scorecards and business case materials up to date, and flag process friction early. Additionally, you will use AI daily for drafting outreach, summarizing notes, and speeding up research.

• Sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing offers for Sales Development Representative (SDR) candidates.
• Maintaining pipeline hygiene in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and cleanliness.
• Collaborating with the Sales Development recruiter to build the playbook for SDR hiring and improve processes.

• A track record of overachieving against a goal or quota, in any context
• Strong written communication
• Low ego, high curiosity, comfortable learning the craft rather than just executing a checklist
• Trustworthy with sensitive comp and candidate information
• 0 to 2 years in recruiting, sales, or a candidate/client-facing role. SDR/BDR experience is a strong plus
• High emotional intelligence: reads a room accurately, adapts on the fly, and knows when to push and when to hold back
• Genuinely good at multitasking, with many candidates and stakeholders in motion at once and nothing slipping
• Genuine interest in using AI as part of daily workflow
• Highly organized, catching what's off before it becomes a problem
