Associate Recruiter

Join Topline Pro as an Associate Recruiter, where you'll be responsible for managing the full recruiting process for Business Development Representative (BDR) classes across our New York and Nashville offices. This high-volume role requires strong organizational skills, candidate engagement abilities, and a passion for recruiting. You'll work closely with our early talent recruiter and Sales leadership, and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our hiring process.

• Highly organized, you can run a repeatable process across two offices without things falling through the cracks
• Comfortable managing a high volume of candidates at once without letting quality or experience slip
• Strong plus if you have 1-2 years of sales experience
• Strong communication and coordination skills, you'll be working closely with our early talent recruiter and Sales hiring managers
• Strong candidate engagement skills
• Experience or interest in campus recruiting a plus
• .5-2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to high-volume or campus/early-talent hiring
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Energized by volume and repetition done well, not just novel searches
• Organized enough to run parallel timelines across two offices without losing track of details
• A strong communicator who makes candidates feel taken care of, even in a high-volume process
• A team player who's excited to partner closely with our early talent recruiter rather than work in a silo
• Excited to be in our Williamsburg Brooklyn Office 4x a week!
