Customer Success Associate

Join Samaya's customer success team as a Customer Success Associate. In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and manage enterprise relationships from day one. You will work directly with analysts and portfolio managers at some of the largest banks, hedge funds, and asset managers in the world. Your responsibilities will include running regular customer touchpoints, tracking usage and account health, supporting day-to-day relationships, partnering with sales, and routing customer feedback to product and engineering. • Establish and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Samaya's products.
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify opportunities for deeper adoption of Samaya's solutions.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to support onboarding, pilots, and the overall customer experience, translating client feedback into actionable insights.

• 2+ years of front-office experience, ideally in capital markets, at a bank, hedge fund, or comparable firm
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable running a room or a demo
• Comfortable owning ambiguity
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) New York
• Prior customer-facing, sales, or client-relationship experience
