Senior Project Manager

Join Compass International Holdings as a Senior Project Manager in the Design + Build team. Lead and develop a distributed team of Project Managers overseeing construction, renovation, and capital programs across 1,000+ locations nationwide. Manage end-to-end Design-Build delivery, mentor Project Managers, and establish performance metrics. Oversee capital budget, change order governance, and deliver executive-level financial reporting. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in commercial construction, strong communication and organizational skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.

• Lead and develop a distributed team of Project Managers overseeing construction, renovation, and capital programs across 1,000+ locations nationwide.
• Manage end-to-end Design-Build delivery, guiding integrated, multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality solutions.
• Establish performance metrics and scorecards for each Project Manager, conducting regular performance reviews and coaching.

• The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while collaborating with internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with construction and project management software
• Willingness to travel as needed to support project execution (approx 20%)
• 7+ years of experience managing commercial construction, workplace, or facilities projects
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong budget management and financial tracking experience
• 2+ years managing Project Managers
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or a related field
• Working knowledge of commercial building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical distribution, and fire/life safety systems
• Ability to review drawings, identify constructability concerns, and collaborate with design and construction teams to resolve issues
