Senior Product Designer

Join Tennr as a Senior Product Designer, where you'll lead the design of our core work surfaces, starting with Validate and Workspace management, and eventually transitioning to Patient Hub ownership. You'll be responsible for end-to-end design, from discovery with customers to systems-level design and shipping. You'll also communicate your design rationale clearly to teams, executives, customers, and partners.

• Lead the end-to-end design process for Tennr's core work surfaces, including discovery, problem framing, systems-level design, and iteration.
• Own the design for Validate and Workspace management, focusing on improving speed and accuracy for operations users.
• Transition into Patient Hub ownership as it scales, leading discovery and turning insights into design decisions.

• 5+ years product design experience; strong craft on complex desktop web products
• Design-systems experience
• Excited about improving healthcare operations
• Proven ability to ship, iterate, and make tradeoffs
• Strong writing + verbal communication; ownership mindset
• Technical fluency to collaborate on feasibility and prototype in code
• Comfortable owning research directly; credible with customers
• Systems thinker (workflows, states, patterns) with strong product judgment
