Senior Backend Software Engineer (Product Engineering)

• Collaborate with engineers across the company to build new features and products end-to-end, ensuring high-quality standards.
• Design and implement solutions to improve customers' banking experiences, owning problems end-to-end from user experience to scalability.
• Work alongside user-facing teams like Sales and Support to deeply understand our customers' needs and drive direct business impact.

• Experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Experience working with backend programming languages (Java, Kotlin, Python)
• Ability to hold yourself and the team to high standards
• 7+ years of professional experience designing, developing, and deploying applications with a focus on backend
• Experience building and designing scalable backend systems
• Familiarity with software engineering development cycles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
