Senior Brand Designer

Join our team as a Senior Brand Designer, where you will shape the visual presence of our brand across all marketing and sales touchpoints. You will translate complex operational and technical concepts into impactful, cohesive visual designs, and partner closely with marketing, sales, and product teams. Your core responsibilities will include creating designs for marketing campaigns, industry events, the company website, and sales tools, while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines. Success in this role will be measured by the delivery of high-quality design assets, the establishment of a smooth project management process, and the improvement of sales enablement materials.

• Créer des designs convaincants pour les campagnes marketing, y compris le matériel numérique et imprimé, les actifs des réseaux sociaux, les modèles d'e-mails et les publicités.

• Strong communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Meticulous approach to design and project management, ensuring polished, professional outcomes and organized asset documentation
• Proven ability to apply and adapt brand guidelines to diverse projects while maintaining strict visual consistency
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, as well as design tools like Figma or Sketch
• 7 or more years of design experience for B2B or technology-focused brands, supported by a strong portfolio of marketing and sales collateral
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with web design principles and a basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS
• Proven experience designing for marketing campaigns or lead-generation-focused projects
• Experience designing specifically for the defense technology, aerospace, or government industries
