Business Development Representative

Join our team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential customers, conducting research to identify market opportunities, and developing targeted outreach strategies. You will collaborate with the sales team, maintain relationships with prospects, and provide valuable insights to refine our messaging and tactics. • Conduct research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and market opportunities.
• Utilize tools like CRM, LinkedIn, email, and cold calling to generate and nurture leads.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Prior full time BDR experience is a strong plus
• Prior experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
