• Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery of high-impact features, collaborating with Product Managers and Designers to translate complex logistics workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Champion operational best practices, including rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines, to maintain high availability and performance for mission-critical services.
• Cultivate an inclusive and high-performing culture by hiring, coaching, and retaining top engineering talent, fostering an environment where engineers are empowered to innovate and grow their careers.

• Experience working with Geo distributed teams
• A track record of delivering complex, scalable systems
• Proven ability to mentor and lead technical projects with high ambiguity
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of combined experience in Software Engineering with at least 3 years as a technical people manager
