Executive Assistant to the CEO

• Scheduling internal and external meetings, coordinating travel, assisting with time management, handling personal and professional logistics, and taking on special projects as needed.
• Managing internal and external meetings, events, and a fast-moving calendar, and providing excellent, timely service to clients, investors, candidates, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintaining a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality when handling sensitive business and personal matters, and finding creative and scrappy solutions to get things done.

• Ability to think on your feet, anticipate needs, and act quickly when making decisions
• A high level of responsiveness, discretion, and attention to detail
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience supporting C-level executive(s) in a fast-paced environment, ideally with a combination of executive and personal assistant responsibilities
• A service-oriented mindset and willingness to take on tasks of all sizes
• Familiarity with booking travel, scheduling apps, and other productivity software
• Commanding knowledge of Google applications and Zoom
