Job Description
Join the Financial Times, a leading business news organization, as a Data Journalism Summer Intern. This internship offers the opportunity to work closely with the US data journalism team, source and analyze data, create data graphics, and pitch original pieces. The internship pays $22 per hour for 40 hours per week and runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US and submit their application by November 2nd.
- Sourcing, collecting, and cleaning data for news stories and other pieces.
- Creating data graphics and performing analyses, often on deadline.
- Collaborating with US data team members, and our data colleagues in London, on larger projects.
