Brand Design Lead

Join Descript as the Brand Design Lead, where you will evolve and extend the brand through campaigns, web experiences, and events. You will lead concept and design for launches and campaigns, develop brand systems and toolkits, and enable product, marketing, and sales partners to create on-brand assets. You will also direct internal and external creative partners, mentor designers, and be an ambassador for your craft around the company.
