Senior Paid Marketing Manager

Join WRITER as a Senior Paid Marketing Manager, where you'll lead our paid media programs and use AI to personalize and scale marketing across channels. You'll work cross-functionally with the broader marketing team and support enterprise sales cycles. • Experience using AI to personalize or scale marketing programs
• Communicates clearly across marketing, sales, and product, and keeps stakeholders aligned on goals and results
• Proficiency with major ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and others)
• Strong analytical skills — you turn campaign data into budget and targeting decisions
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
• 5+ years of paid marketing experience, including ABM and enterprise-focused campaigns
• Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and how paid media supports them
