People Partner

Join Nooks, a rapidly growing company, as a People Partner. In this strategic role, you will directly influence leadership, drive cultural impact, and enhance operational excellence across the organization. You will partner closely with leaders and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, helping them build strong teams, navigate performance and employee relations, and make thoughtful talent decisions. Additionally, you will own and drive key People functions, provide guidance and leadership in various areas, and coach managers on people leadership topics. • Partner closely with leaders and managers across the employee lifecycle to build strong teams, navigate performance and employee relations, and make thoughtful talent decisions.
• Lead key initiatives and support managers and employees to build a strong, high-performing organization, including manager enablement, business strategy alignment, and people program development.
• Provide guidance and leadership in areas such as total rewards, leveling, employee engagement, culture development, organizational design, change management, and people development.

• 6-8+ years of HRBP experience within a high-growth tech environment
• Ability to recognize patterns and build scalable solutions without introducing process for process’s sake
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly in sensitive situations
• Deep experience managing employee relations and performance matters, including complex or sensitive situations
• Strong manager coaching skills and the ability to build credibility with leaders at multiple levels
• Experience working in an international company, with a preference for experience in Ireland or London
• Experience partnering with founders to shape people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and organizational success
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
