Staff Full Stack Engineer

Join our team as a Staff Full Stack Engineer and help build our critical Enterprise Clinical workflows system. You will work on the Butterfly Cloud, a secure and robust connection to users' health information. Your core responsibilities will include solving distributed systems problems, building modern solutions, owning business problems, mentoring other engineers, and performing a variety of tasks in support of the role. • 5+ years of experience solving distributed systems/web development problems

• Frontend experience with React and Typescript
• Web apps with live updates - pub/sub solutions (such as Redis), WebSockets
• Containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker, ECS, EKS
• Designing and building observability solutions, utilizing modern monitoring, logging, and metrics tools ensure overall system health
• HIPAA, PHI and PII compliance
• GraphQL and related frameworks e.g. Relay, Apollo and URQL
• Experience with LLMs and MLOps
• Opensearch or other Lucene based search engines
