Director of Product Management (Growth)

• Define and execute a product-led growth roadmap to improve business outcomes, using both quantitative and qualitative data.
• Lead a cross-functional team including engineering, design, data science, user research and marketing to define the product roadmap.
• Develop highly effective experimentation strategies that enable us to learn and see impact as efficiently as possible while honoring our trusted relationship with clients.

• Analytical mindset and a data-driven approach to problem solving
• 7+ years of Product Management experience, including in a product-led growth role
• Strong strategic thinking informed by deeply understanding the business and client needs/motivations
• Adept at driving alignment around trade-off decisions based on quickly changing product and company priorities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Executional, action-oriented mindset with an eagle eye for detail
