Head of Corporate Events

Join Cribl as the Head of Corporate Events, where you'll lead a team of 4-5 professionals and manage a multi-million dollar budget. You'll be responsible for planning and executing high-visibility events, including CriblCon, the annual Company Kickoff, and President's Club, as well as overseeing a global tradeshow calendar. This role requires excellent organizational and negotiation skills, experience managing large budgets, and the ability to work effectively with senior executives.

• Lead and develop a team of corporate events professionals, setting goals, providing coaching, and building a strong team culture.
• Own end-to-end planning and execution of Cribl's tentpole events, including CriblCon, annual Company Kickoff, and annual President's Club.
• Set strategy and manage execution across Cribl's global tradeshow calendar, ensuring consistent brand presence, executive engagement, and pipeline impact.

• Willingness to travel to the majority of Cribl's global events (~40% travel)
• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate events, field marketing, or event marketing, with a proven track record of leading global tradeshow programs and flagship company events
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, and vendor management skills
• Experience owning and managing multi-million dollar budgets, including forecasting and cross-functional reporting with Finance
• A calm, decisive leadership style that keeps a team - and a room - steady when things get chaotic on-site
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with senior executives, including comfort operating in high-visibility, high-pressure environments
• 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing a team
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Executive stakeholders
• Experience planning and executing large-scale user conferences, internal company events (kickoffs), and incentive/recognition trip programs (President's Club) is a strong plus
