Senior Electronics Test Engineer

Join Silvus, a leading technology company, as a Senior Electronics Test Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for testing digital hardware for our StreamCaster MANET product line. You will use electronics test equipment to evaluate system performance, troubleshoot operation issues, and generate status and test reports. You will also define verification matrices, review test result data, and recommend improvements to existing test strategies. • Participate in all aspects of testing digital hardware for the StreamCaster MANET product line, including evaluating system performance and troubleshooting issues.
• Carry out hardware test execution, generate status and test reports, and define verification matrix and internal specifications of performance.
• Review test result data to ensure that actual performance meets expected requirements, and recommend improvements to existing test strategies.

• Experience with digital interfaces such as RS-232, USB 2.0, 1000BASE-T Ethernet or similar
• Employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug test
• Hands-on experience using test equipment such as bench top power supplies, electronic loads, oscilloscopes, thermal chambers
• Minimum 4 years of relevant hardware test experience
• Must be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen) due to U.S. government contracts
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Experience validating power supply sequencing, efficiency, and ripple for DC/DC converters, LDOs and PMICs or similar power circuitry

• Audio testing and characterization experience
