Director - Casino Operations

Join our team as the Director of Casino Operations. In this role, you will oversee daily casino operations, develop departmental plans and budgets, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and lead and develop department managers and team members. You will also collaborate with various departments to enhance the guest experience and support operational efficiency. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or business administration and seven or more years of progressive casino gaming operations experience are preferred.

• Direct daily casino operations across assigned gaming departments, ensuring service standards, game integrity, and operational readiness.
• Develop departmental operating plans, budgets, labor forecasts, and performance goals; monitor revenue, expenses, productivity, and key gaming metrics.
• Ensure adherence to Colorado Division of Gaming requirements, approved internal controls, company policies, responsible gaming practices, and applicable licensing requirements.
