Technical Sourcer (Gen SWE)

• Construire et gérer des pipelines de haute qualité pour des rôles techniques dans des domaines tels que l'autonomie, l'apprentissage automatique, les systèmes embarqués et l'ingénierie logicielle.
• Développer des stratégies de sourcing et de cartographie des talents créatives et axées sur la recherche pour trouver des talents passifs de premier plan.
• Collaborer étroitement avec les responsables du recrutement pour comprendre en profondeur ce que signifie "excellent" pour chaque rôle.

• Has strong organizational skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• Is able to build rapport with candidates and employees
• Has previous agency experience in sales, recruiting, sourcing or other related fields
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in autonomous vehicles and enterprise software recruiting is a plus!
• Has 2+ years in technical sourcing at a reputable software company
