IT Support Technician Associate (Winter 2027)

• Assisting with support tickets and escalating as needed, performing onboarding and off-boarding tasks for employee lifecycle management.
• Helping with inventory management and keeping documentation on infrastructure, policies, and procedures up to date.
• Collaborating with team members to address IT challenges as they arise and assisting with infrastructure upgrades and larger projects.

• Experience with Windows, MacOS, and/or Linux
• Able to perform duties autonomously without much supervision
• Understanding of troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent customer service
• Exhibits critical thinking skills
• Able to take notes and remember directions
• Highly motivated with an interest in helping and teaching others
• Experience with Network troubleshooting
• Experience with Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with troubleshooting/updating scripts
• Comfortable with replacing hardware in laptops and desktops
