Field Marketing Manager Lead

Join Addepar as a Field Marketing Manager Lead, where you will be responsible for managing the global events portfolio, leading a team of field marketers, and driving alignment across internal stakeholders. You will also own the events analytics function, manage the full Field Marketing events budget, and travel to key events domestically and internationally.

• Lead the strategy and execution of Addepar's global events portfolio, ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable impact.
• Manage and develop a team of field marketers, setting clear goals and maintaining high standards for event execution.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management, serving as the point of contact for all things events within the organization.

• Proven experience owning a broad events portfolio: from large-scale flagship conferences to executive programs and regional activations
• 6+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or a closely related B2B marketing discipline — with 2+ years managing a team
• Proven track record of building & managing event budgets and reporting performance against pipeline and ROI metrics
• Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across complex, cross-functional organizations
• Knowledge of SFDC, Marketo and On24 preferred
• Background in fintech, wealth management, financial services, or enterprise SaaS strongly preferred
