In this strategic role, you will lead recruiting efforts, partner with senior business leaders, and drive process improvement and operational excellence. You will also mentor recruiters, support executive hiring, and champion a high-quality candidate experience.

• Lead recruiting efforts across the Americas region, partnering with senior business leaders to attract exceptional talent.
• Drive recruiting projects focused on process improvement, operational excellence, and candidate experience, while leveraging AI and technology.
• Build diverse talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping, using recruiting analytics to identify trends and improve hiring performance.

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and execution
• Strong experience hiring technical and business professionals
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and executives
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
• 2+ years leading recruiting initiatives, mentoring recruiters, or managing recruiting teams
• Experience recruiting across multiple AMER countries
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth global organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with progressive responsibility
• Experience recruiting within SaaS, FinTech, Payments, or high-growth technology companies
• Experience supporting global organizations across multiple regions
• Experience leading recruiting transformation initiatives
• Experience with executive search
• Experience implementing or working within Workday Recruiting
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, GoodTime, Gem, Ashby, or similar ATS and recruiting technologies
• Knowledge of labor markets across Australia, India, China, Japan, and other AMER markets
• Regular use of AI tools to improve recruiting quality and efficiency

• Experience using generative AI for sourcing, interview preparation, research, writing, or recruiting operations
