• Lead cross-functional programs end to end, including model launches and multi-team engineering efforts.
• Coach and grow the team's Technical Program Managers, building mentorship and structure.
• Help shape what "TPM" means at Suno, including the working model and organizing principles.

• A clear, articulable framework for how you evaluate and measure whether a program is actually succeeding
• Demonstrated adaptability — you find the right approach for the environment you're in rather than importing what worked somewhere else
• 8–10 years in program or technical program management
• Enough technical/coding fluency to get hands-on and understand the work that needs to be done, not just coordinate around it
• Track record of building a program from zero in genuine ambiguity and landing it
• Experience coaching or mentoring other program managers
• Background at a consumer tech company, a high-scale tech company, or a hypergrowth scale-up
• Experience coordinating launches for AI or ML-driven products
