Summer Analyst - Global Markets Division

Join our 10-week Summer Intern Program in the Global Markets Division (GMD) at a leading financial institution. As a Summer Analyst, you will gain hands-on experience in Sales, Trading, Debt Capital Markets, Securitization, and Structuring. You will be assigned to a specific team within GMD and will have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully from day one. The program includes mentorship, team projects, formal training sessions, and networking events.

• Assisting senior originators with presentations and market updates, coordinating with coverage, legal, and sales teams to execute new bond transactions, and supporting internal and external due diligence processes.
• Supporting origination and structuring of ABS and private placement transactions, assisting with client materials and deal documentation, and conducting market and asset-class research.
• Supporting transaction structuring and execution across SET's product suite, preparing client presentations and deal analyses, and assisting with market monitoring and comparable transaction research.
