Job Description
Join Candid Health as a Technical Program Manager - Implementation. In this high-impact role, you will serve as the bridge between our Engineering, Product, and Operations teams. You will be responsible for breaking down high-level business objectives into technical milestones, ensuring alignment between EPD and Operations goals. You will lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives, manage cross-functional integration, mitigate risks, and provide clear updates to leadership. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, is technically fluent, and has a collaborative and resilient mindset.
- Lead the planning and execution of large-scale initiatives, creating roadmaps, defining milestones, and tracking progress across multiple teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Operations teams, translating customer implementation needs into technical requirements and managing the rollout of new features.
- Provide clear, concise updates to leadership on program health, resource allocation, and core KPIs, ensuring visibility and communication across teams.
- Expert Communicator: You excel at taking a complex technical update and distilling it into a clear status report for non-technical stakeholders
- Technically Fluent: You don't need to be an engineer, but you are comfortable in technical environments. You understand how APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure work together and can follow technical discussions with ease
- Experienced Program Leader: You have 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role
- Operational Mindset: You have a bias toward action. You enjoy building the "system for the work" so that everyone else can do their jobs effectively
- Collaborative & Resilient: You are a natural relationship builder who can influence teams without having direct authority over them. You stay calm under pressure and help teams navigate shifting priorities
- Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects from inception to launch
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Linear, Asana etc.) and documentation software (Confluence, Notion)
- Experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment is a major plus
- Strong analytical skills; you use data to drive decisions and measure project success
