Job Description

Join our Data Platform team as a Product Analytics Associate Engineer. In this role, you will support data-driven insights and product analytics that improve member outcomes and Care Team effectiveness. You will work closely with Product Managers, Area owners, Care Team leads, and Data Engineers, gaining hands-on experience with modern analytics engineering practices. Responsibilities include assisting with data pulls and analysis, setting up and monitoring A/B tests, writing SQL queries, building dashboards, tracking KPIs, and contributing to documentation. This is a great opportunity to grow at the intersection of product, data, and healthcare.

  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses — Snowflake preferred, though experience with any modern warehouse (BigQuery, Redshift, etc.) is welcome
  • Strong analytical curiosity — a genuine interest in connecting data to real product and business decisions
  • 1–3 years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a similar role (internships and co-ops count)
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset — comfortable asking questions and learning from senior teammates
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or related field
  • Bonus: Healthcare or digital health experience, or a personal interest in health and wellness
  • Solid SQL skills — comfortable writing joins, aggregations, and window functions; eager to deepen query complexity and optimization skills
  • Some exposure to dbt (data build tool) or a strong willingness to learn data modeling and transformation practices quickly
  • Exposure to BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or equivalent
