Strategy & Analytics Senior Director (Discovery)

• Lead the Discovery pillar through analytics, both strategically and operationally, to inform key decisions and drive improvements.
• Build and manage a high-performing Strategy & Analytics team, setting a clear vision and bar for development.
• Own the tracking and reporting of key company and Discovery metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.

• Cross-functional influence - Strong collaborative partner to key stakeholders. Gets outcomes through partners without formal authority
• Product & Business Intuition - Can contextualize how insights fit into broader business goals. Ideally has deep understanding of marketplaces and/or discovery
