People Partner (EPD)

As a People Partner, you will work closely with the leadership team to develop and execute people strategies that drive the business forward. You will also provide coaching and support to managers and employees, and help shape the company's performance review process. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.

• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with leadership teams, particularly in Engineering, Product, and Design, to align people strategies with business goals.
• Advise on and execute people strategies that drive the business forward, including talent planning, organizational design, retention strategies, and change management.
• Utilize people data to provide proactive insights, identify trends, and ensure the organization is taking proactive measures to retain top talent.

• Demonstrated experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
• Highly adaptable and will thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
• Understanding of state and federal laws concerning labor relations
