Senior Technical Product Manager - Clinical Integrations

Join Regard, a health tech company on a mission to bring world-class healthcare to everyone. As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead the Clinical Integrations team, responsible for ingesting and normalizing clinical data from EHR systems. You will own the product strategy for the infrastructure that supports these capabilities, working closely with engineers, clinical subject-matter experts, and product teams across the company.

• Lead the Clinical Integrations team, owning the roadmap for data ingestion and normalization, the clinical concept library, and the shared data models.
• Scale and stabilize ingestion infrastructure in partnership with engineering as data volume and source diversity grow.
• Define and enforce SLAs for data completeness, accuracy, latency, and cost that downstream services can depend on.
