Senior Content Marketing Manager

Your responsibilities will include shaping content from initial concept to distribution, leading the editorial strategy, managing the editorial process, and measuring content performance. • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Norm's business priorities and target audiences.
• Collaborate with executives and subject-matter experts to create high-impact content, including thought leadership, reports, articles, and marketing materials.
• Lead the editorial process from concept through publication, ensuring content reflects Norm's positioning, voice, and strategic priorities.

• This role requires an exceptional writer, editor, and strategic thinker who can translate complex topics into clear, persuasive narratives for sophisticated audiences
• Experience working directly with executives and subject-matter experts to develop original points of view and translate expertise into accessible content
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, moving fluidly from a broad idea to a polished final product
• Experience independently shaping content strategy and leading complex projects from an ambiguous starting point through publication
• Comfort with ambiguity and a bias for thoughtful action in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of clear, compelling work created for sophisticated or executive audiences
• A track record of developing high-impact thought leadership and marketing materials across multiple formats and channels
• Comfort engaging deeply with complex, technical, or highly regulated subject matter
• Strong editorial judgment and the ability to identify the ideas, arguments, and stories most likely to resonate with an audience
• Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple content initiatives, contributors, and deadlines simultaneously
• 5–7+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Familiarity with AI, legal technology, regulation and policy, or another complex enterprise category
• Experience writing for legal, compliance, risk, technology, or C-suite audiences
• Experience creating research-driven reports, executive thought leadership, or original editorial franchises
• Familiarity with content distribution, search, AEO, social media, email marketing, and audience development
• Experience directing designers, video producers, agencies, freelancers, or other creative contributors
