Global Customer Marketing Manager

Join Taxbit, a leading company in global tax compliance. As a Global Customer Marketing Manager, you will build and scale our customer marketing function globally, engage customers worldwide, and amplify Taxbit's position as a trusted partner for global tax compliance. You will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Subject Matter Experts to create a cohesive international community that drives engagement and insights. The ideal candidate is strategic and hands-on, capable of building programs from the ground up while also translating customer engagement into high-impact storytelling, references, and market credibility.

• Proven ability to develop compelling customer narratives that translate complex products into clear business value
• 3+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, with a focus on customer marketing or content marketing preferably in fintech
• Familiarity with the digital asset, fintech, or financial services ecosystem is strongly preferred
• Excellent writing, storytelling, and content development skills with a bias for clarity and simplicity
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Subject Matter Experts
• Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
