Product Manager

Join Wellthy, a caregiving support platform, as a Product Manager II. In this role, you will shape the future of our product, drive product vision and strategy, lead hands-on discovery, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and define success metrics. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer and have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of our caregiving members.

• Product Vision & Strategy: Owning and championing the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning stakeholders and leadership while exercising strong judgment to prioritize what gets built and why.
• Hands-On Discovery: Leading a rigorous discovery process by running user interviews, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to uncover insights and validate hypotheses.
• Execution & Collaboration: Working side-by-side with engineers, designers, and data professionals to clarify requirements, solve roadblocks, and guide the development of high-impact features.

• To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be open to learning, experimenting, and evolving. Comfort with emerging technology and curiosity around how tools like AI can support your workflow or help families more effectively is a plus
• Demonstrated track record of owning, building, and launching successful products and features in an agile environment
• A Computer Science degree or engineering background is a plus
• Strong writing and analytical skills to articulate a clear product vision and strategy
• Responsive and able to act with urgency

• Ability to obtain, extract, and analyze data to inform product strategy and uncover new opportunities
• 4-6 years of experience working with a customer-facing tech platform, with a focus on building and shipping products
• Ability to wear many hats, think on your feet, and build solutions for different customer archetypes
• Interested in learning about and staying up on the various parts of Wellthy
• Interested in learning and staying up to speed on industry trends, players, and news
• Ability to manage relationships both internally and externally
• A strong technical aptitude, including an understanding of engineering capabilities and a curiosity for leveraging new tools to solve user problems
• Emotional Intelligence - You’re self-aware, socially aware, and able to remain objective
• Ability to manage tight deadlines, resource constraints, and meet targets and demands
• Caregiving or healthcare industry experience is a plus
• You are a builder who is energized by learning, experimenting, and evolving. You actively seek to apply emerging technologies, especially AI, to enhance your workflow, build smarter products, and more effectively support the members we serve
• Experience managing complex projects from ideation to launch, especially with limited resources and competing priorities
• To work remotely, you must have a strong internet connection, quiet space to take calls and a professional (distraction free) environment
• Given the nature of the material you will be working on and handling, you are required to work from a private, dedicated, distraction-free space
• Private, with secure (not public) internet and phone access
