In this role, you will be the driving force behind our hiring engine, improving systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows to create seamless candidate experiences and enhance hiring speed, quality, and efficiency. You will work closely with leaders across the business and have a direct impact on company growth. • Improving the systems, automations, and AI-powered workflows that create seamless candidate experiences.
• Building and owning AI-powered sourcing workflows that surface qualified candidates faster and at greater scale.
• Designing, implementing, and maintaining automations across scheduling, candidate communications, and pipeline management.

• Strong communicator who is polished, responsive, and candidate-friendly
• Calm under pressure and able to manage many moving pieces at once
• AI fluency. You've used AI tools to automate or accelerate real work, and you're eager to push much further
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting operations, recruiting coordination, or a related people/ops role
• Comfortable working with ATS systems (Ashby experience is a plus)
• Process-minded and always looking for smarter, faster ways to work
• Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail
• Strong with data and reporting; comfortable turning recruiting metrics into insight that drives decisions
• Energized by startup pace and ambiguity
