IT Operations Specialist

Join our team as an IT Operations Specialist, where you'll provide on-site and remote IT support, maintain inventory of equipment, support common IT services, and assist with AV operations and event-related support. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of IT support experience, strong troubleshooting skills in Linux, Windows, and Mac, and excellent customer service abilities.

• Collaborate with the IT team to provide on-site and remote IT support, ensuring timely problem resolution.
• Document, track, and monitor customer problems through various request methods, ensuring resolution in a timely manner.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees, maintain inventory of equipment and IT assets.

• CA Drivers License
• Network baseline knowledge such as network configurations, VPN provisioning and troubleshooting, etc…
• Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11 PC hardware, Linux software troubleshooting, and Mac environment and hardware troubleshooting
• Linux, Mac, and Windows troubleshooting skills
• 1+ years of experience providing support in a corporate environment
• Proficiency in video conference (Google Meets/Zoom)
• Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, JIRA, and Zoom
• Experience with a ticketing support platform such as JIRA
• Extensive knowledge of Mac OS, iOS and Apple hardware, Windows 10/11, Linux Ubuntu versions
• Strong customer service, problem solving, and teamwork abilities
• Experience operating within a globally relevant, fast paced enterprise environment
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and process-driven, specifically with regard to process and policy standard documenting
