Engagement Manager

Join BlueFlame as an Engagement Manager, where you'll be the hands-on expert in AI workflows and use cases. You'll work directly with customers to understand their business processes, translate them into practical AI use cases, and build, configure, test, refine, and deploy AI workflows in the BlueFlame platform. This role requires strong technical aptitude, analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. You'll collaborate closely with various teams and have a significant impact on customer success and satisfaction.

• Strong technical aptitude and demonstrated ability to learn new software, tools, and workflows quickly
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in understanding how AI can improve real-world business workflows
• Ability to break down ambiguous business problems into clear processes, requirements, inputs, and outputs
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to test, iterate, and troubleshoot until a workflow produces a high-quality result
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work directly with customers and explain technical concepts clearly
• Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and comfort working in an environment where processes and product capabilities continue to evolve
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment and take ownership of work from initial discovery through completion
• 0–4 years of professional experience, ideally in a client-facing, technical, consulting, implementation, customer success, solutions, financial services, or AI-related role
