Strategy Lead

Join Innovamat as a Strategy Lead, where you'll play a crucial role in shaping our growth in the US education market. You'll work closely with our General Manager on strategic priorities, build relationships with district leaders, and identify opportunities for market expansion. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on education and build something from the ground up.

• Establish and nurture relationships with district leaders, educators, and key stakeholders to understand their priorities and challenges.
• Develop and execute a strategic approach to building Innovamat’s presence in the Atlantic region, identifying priority districts and communities.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic projects and market initiatives, bringing insights from the market to shape Innovamat's growth.

• Experience in a high-performing, fast-paced environment such as consulting, investment banking, tech, startups, education, or another entrepreneurial setting
• Experience working with senior stakeholders, building partnerships, or developing new markets is a plus
• A track record of taking ownership and making things happen
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and build from scratch
