Senior Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will deliver insights that drive growth, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and define key metrics that inform strategic decisions. You will also build efficient data pipelines and develop intuitive dashboards. The ideal candidate has 4-5 years of experience in data analytics, is fluent in SQL, and has experience with the modern data stack.

• Collaborate with cross-functional business partners to address key analytical questions and evaluate hypotheses, leveraging data to drive innovation and novel solutions.
• Define and manage key metrics that inform strategic product, growth, and operational decisions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Build efficient data ingestion and transformation pipelines using tools like dbt, and develop intuitive dashboards, memos, slides, and other visualizations that tell stories and inspire action.

• Passionate about building the best version of whatever you’re working on
• 4–5 years of professional experience in the data analytics field
• Fluent in SQL (translating business questions to queries, understanding joins and functions, and building data pipelines)
• Experience with experimentation and statistical analysis to guide decision-making
• Experience with the modern data stack, including Snowflake, dbt, Tableau
• Experience with a scripting language like Python or R
• Interest in financial systems and consumer behavior
• Experience with machine learning or statistical modeling
• Experience in a high-growth start-up environment
