Senior Security Engineer (Infrastructure)

Join our late-stage startup as a Senior Security Engineer, where you'll engineer and secure our multi-cloud environment. You'll work closely with internal engineering teams, design secure identity and access strategies, and lead cloud-centric disaster recovery exercises. This is a remote position with unlimited PTO, equity/stock options, and comprehensive health coverage.

• Engineer and maintain secure, resilient, and optimized cloud environments.
• Partner with internal engineering teams to embed security into architecture and tooling.
• Lead cloud-centric disaster recovery exercises and bring a DevOps mindset by building automation.

• Strong, hands-on GCP or AWS engineering experience required
• A track record of designing systems that are secure, resilient, and built to accelerate engineering velocity
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid DevOps background: comfortable using Terraform/IaC, Kubernetes (GKE), and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with Azure also a plus
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change: prior experience at a fast-moving or late-stage startup is a strong plus
