Senior Associate of Communications

Join our team as a Senior Associate of Communications, where you will develop and execute internal communications strategies that support company priorities and business objectives. You will support major company announcements, product launches, and integration milestones with thoughtful communication plans and supporting materials. Additionally, you will project manage communications initiatives, maintain a consistent voice and tone across all communications, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex ideas into clear language. You will also enable people leaders with tools and guidance for effective communication, support live and virtual team meetings, evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools, and contribute to engaging content development across social media platforms.

• Real estate industry experience is a bonus, but not required
• 4-6 years of experience in internal communications, executive communications, or a related corporate communications field
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Excellent organization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, and project management tools is a plus
