Staff Product Manager (Retail Media & Audiences)

Join Pinterest as a Staff Product Manager for Retail Media & Audiences. In this role, you will lead the PMNC business and build a new audience marketplace from scratch. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, automate processes, and drive measurable impact. Your success will depend on your ability to navigate significant process changes, empathize with partners and advertisers, and communicate your strategy internally. This position is based in San Francisco, New York City, or Palo Alto.

• Lead the growth and development of Pinterest Media Network Connect (PMNC) and the audience marketplace business, driving revenue to a billion+ dollars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build brand new systems, automate processes, and champion solutions internally, ensuring alignment and securing resources.
• Translate insights into clear product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, data analytics, marketing, research, and other product teams to drive measurable impact.

• Strong analytical mindset, using data to guide decisions and optimize workflows
• Extreme attention to detail and meticulous design sense
• Proven ability to shepherd large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Location around SF, NYC, or Palo Alto
• Track record of rapidly delivering user-focused solutions in a cross-functional setting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Experience with retail media network solutions, audience marketplaces is a big plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience
