Chief of Staff

Join VTS, a leading SaaS company, as the Chief of Staff. In this high-visibility leadership role, you will drive key initiatives, improve organizational effectiveness, and align teams around strategic priorities. You will act as a strategic partner to the SVP, General Manager, ensuring the business operates at peak velocity. This role is designed for a seasoned operator with deep SaaS literacy and a proven ability to build structure and processes in ambiguous environments.

• Acting as a strategic partner to ensure the business operates at peak velocity by driving key initiatives and improving organizational effectiveness.
• Translating high-level goals into clear execution plans across the business, providing clarity in a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Designing and managing the GM's leadership meetings, QBRs, and planning cycles to keep the team aligned and hitting KPIs.

• Executive Presence: The confidence to challenge senior leaders and the diplomacy to drive consensus across competing departments
• Clarity from Chaos: A proven ability to walk into an ambiguous environment and build the structure, processes, and documentation needed to scale
• Relentless, Not Just Organized: Airtight organization paired with the willingness to push people, you're the one chasing follow-through until the team is in motion, without losing the room
• Deep SaaS Literacy: Fluency in the operational and financial levers of a SaaS P&L (churn, NRR, CAC, bookings attainment, unit economics) and the metrics that drive them
• Strong Judgment: You know when to handle a situation yourself and when to escalate to the GM
• 5+ years experience in high-growth SaaS operator roles (e.g., BizOps, Product Ops, RevOps, or a prior CoS/Founder role) OR deep domain expertise in SaaS business models and operations gained from consulting and private/growth equity backgrounds
• Trust & Discretion: You'll see everything before anyone else does. Sound judgment about what moves where, and the discretion to hold it appropriately
