Rep - Events & Promotions O/C

Join the Hard Rock Biloxi team as a Rep - Events & Promotions. In this role, you will facilitate events and promotions, assist patrons with requests, and promote outstanding guest relations. You will also be responsible for cash handling, preparing decorations for special events, and marketing Motorcoach packages. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a high level of energy, and the ability to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.

• Facilitate events and promotions by distributing gifts, Xtra Credit, and promotional merchandise.
• Assist in setting up event space, organizing merchandise and decorations, and filling out customer forms.
• Promote outstanding guest relations by educating customers on upcoming promotions and events.
